DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR RETURNS?

ALL ONLINE SALES ARE FINAL. Due to health and hygiene concerns, we at DDS will only accept returns of items that are defective or damaged. In which case a replacement of the same item or a credit will be issued. If a defective or damaged product is received, please send us an email to: [email protected]. All returns should be shipped via insured traceable mail (with tracking number) in a secure package to the following address:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

DDS ships worldwide with speed, customer service, and cost as our focal point when shipping our products to customers. Shipping rates are calculated based on product(s), weight and destination. NOTE: Duties, taxes, and/or import fees imposed by customs are NOT included in the shipping expense. DDS is not responsible for any additional fees incurred throughout the shipment process.

You can purchase DDS products from DDSCaps.com, or at select boutiques.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal as payment.

WILL YOU RESTOCK A PRODUCT THAT IS SOLD OUT?

All DDS products are limited in quantity. Although based on customer demand, we rarely restock old products. We recommend checking with our authorized DDS dealers to see if they have the item(s) available.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All Orders will typically be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date. Delivery times vary depending on location and delivery option chosen. Most shipments within the Greater Toronto Area will be delivered within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for international shipments.

SALES TAX?

We ship from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The standard Ontario, Canada 13% HST tax will be added to all orders.
